Noticed on TO that a DL RS32 was spotted on NS. Looks like it went to Altoona for wheel work.

I think that the 211 was due for a truck changeout. There was a rebuilt truck sitting in the shop when visited recently.

I think that photo was from last year when it was delivered to the DL.
