first let me say im on my cell phone texting this post so please excuse me of any screw ups. i had a chance to walk thru this tunnel. i am Happy to say it is still all intact. as well as rail and ties.

the tunnel on the walk way is ex RW&O/NYC not DL&W.
or are you in the one that goes to the lake?

Was informed some time back that the DL&W tunnel in Oswego is partially intact in that the upper portal has been covered with fill as part of a road project and that the lower portal has been boarded up.
