On the plus side, being on the outer fringes of town, no one has seen the need to alter or, even worse, tear the structure down to use the land.
On the minus side, no commercial venture seems to be interested in restoring the structure (ala the LV stations in Honeoye Falls and Rochester or the NYC stations in Victor and Ionia) as it's too far off the beaten path.

In a similar vein, I think the station could have a birght fuuture if a restuarant or similar venture takes advantage of its architectural charms. O nthe minus side, every day the depot sits unsused increases its chances of being vandalized.

And to think, it used to be a station on a busy mainline crwoded with passenger and freight trains going to and from Buffalo. Image
