BX Crossing of the S&U and D&H at Binghamton

I don't recall the name of it, but the diamond of the S&U passenger main crossing the ERIE near QD... maybe it was QD ?

The NYC-Westshore - DL&W at South Utica

THE O&W - DL&W at Utica
The DL&W / Erie Rochester Line west of Painted Post
Diamonds on Erie/DL were at BD; DL/DH was BX; both in Binghamton.

Has anyone mentioned the CNJ/DL near Lake Jct.?
I did goof a little. Erie and DL&W's east leg of wye was BD, west leg was Liberty St. Binghamton

Yes, it's still there—it's called MS and signaled for both lines.
Cool... now there's one diamond that won't cost me a fortune!

In Tonawanda, Erie crossing with NYC Peanut Line (used by LV NF branch)

Two more, both gone:

Dunkirk, NY: Origional Erie MT x'ed the NKP MT.

Caroline Jct., NY: DL&W Ithaca branch x'ed the Lehigh Valley RR (former EC&N).

Another obscure one, long gone:

Clinton Street, Ithaca, NY: DL&W Ithaca branch x'ed the Lehigh Valley RR Ithaca branch.

Just got one of those picture history books of Denville, NJ and find several pictures of interest. Of course the initial Boonton Line crossed the M&E at grade and later M&E track 1 crossed Boonton Line track 2 at the west end of the platform. There were probably thousands of these interlockings and crossings which we'll never find unless by happenstance!

NKP (NS) crossing NYC branch to Fredonia and south (DAVP). Appears to be intact on latest Google sat. image.

PRRGuy wrote:That very complicated group of diamonds Matt mentioned was in Griffith IN where they crossed the EJ&E, NYC(MC), GTW,and C&O.

Also, there was a interlocking in North Judson, IN where the EL crossed the PRR,and C&O.

Another location that comes to mind is Hammond, IN where the joint Erie/Monon track crossed the IHB and NKP in the middle of a road crossing.
At Hammond, IN (Hohman Av), the joint C&O/EL, the Monon, and the NKP all crossed the IHB.

The Erie and PRR crossed again at Kouts, between N. Judson and Crown Point.
