Early AM there was a single unit with a string of flats loaded with MOW equipment parked facing west at CP 196. Bus parked there too. By afternoon, flats were empty and loco gone, in fact I had to wait for it to come by light at a crossing near Oneida. Signals here already done, so far as I know, complete with elevated boxes in case of future floods.

When I was in Amsterdam yesterday for the train show, I saw a bunch of single-piece MOW equipment rolling east around 11AM.

Ahh, perhaps that siding is just the first place they can park the flatcars.

The Fonda controlled siding is getting welded rail installed this week. There's rail laid out on a number of curves west of Fonda that I assume will be installed too.
