Does anyone know if Pan Am placed a car on the ground on the Ciment Quebec Siding? I went buy this morning and noticed a lone locomotive was idling in the perini Siding ( I did not catch the number) and looked South and noticed several Vests working around a car that looked like it just cleared the mainline. When I went by a couple hours later the locomotive was working with this car on the Siding.
