Unfortunately the train crews operating over the Grand Jct. cannot "teach those idiots a lesson" by hitting a car which is stopped on the tracks. The movements are to be at Restricted Speed, requiring the movement to be able to stop in one-half of the range of vision, short of any obstruction, misalighend switch or derail, or another train. So basically, even though the drivers of the cars on Mass. Ave are in the wrong, the crew would be blamed if anything happened.
