I see over on Railpics a number of photos of Australian E-unit look-a-like locomotives. I believe these are made by Clyde, but I am not certain if there are others. How numerous are these locomotives today in regular service? Is this something you can see everyday or are these photos special units on limited runs that good a lot of publicity/posts posted to the internet?

Can anyone give a comprehensive list of the RR companies that still use these today?

One RR seems to be painted in G&W colors and another seems to resemble the Erie RR in the USA.

One group of these seems more modern with an rounded cab and a square/angled body.

****What would be a total number of these in operation today?*****

Thanks for any insights
