Atlantic Coast Fibers in Passaic

I saw an article in Sundays Record 12/15/13 that according to the president of ACF ,China is rejecting a large portion of recycables because garbage is being mixed with bottles and cans. My question is : Is ACF back in operation in Passaic or just at its Neptune location? If Passaic is up is it using rail again?

They are still there & operating but all there shippments are by containers (all overseas) they haven't had a rail car in many years!!!!!!!!
