The B&A line from Hudson to Chatham...

Is there anything left of it? If it was removed, when?

Still goes up the hill at Hudson to a couple of plants, the rest of it has been
gone for a long time.

That's too bad, but what I had expected to hear.

At Chatham, is there anything left to indicate a junction? How long ago was the line to Hudson torn up?

Dieter.

The B&A Hudson Chatham branch is still in use between the Hudson Division mainline and the ADM Flour mill, located at the former Lone Star Cement Plant in Greenport, just outside of Hudson. The segment of track between that plant and Chatham was removed in the early 1970's.
