Does anyone know what is happening out on the Bath & Hammondsport nowadays?

On Tuesday 423 had 44 empties in tow out of the gas plant a little after 1:00 pm. 422 was getting its 92-day inspection so 423, running long hood forward, was the sole power.
As I headed for home on Wednesday, I heard chatter on the scanner as I passed Savona on I390, again shortly after 1:00 pm. 422 was getting a bath at Cohocton.
Normally traffic at this time of year is loads inbound and empties outbound. This pattern reverses in the Fall and Winter months.
