Anyone else receiving blank text messages from Metro North?

Anyone else receiving blank text messages from Metro North? I have been receiving quite a few lately, seem to correspond with email alerts for the Danbury branch.

Some people complain about the traffic on I95, If you have a problem with traffic and the rails go where you are going, TAKE THE TRAIN!!!

I'm getting them for the H&H also. I emailed customer service a few weeks ago and i got a stock answer that operations would look into it. I don't think the right people know there is a problem yet but I'm not sure who to contact.
