Kind of disappointed in the frequency of the Clipper on the New Haven Line TO the Stadium. Weekday has nothing for 1:05 games. 7:05 games have a single train 7501 departing New Haven at 4:10 making all stops to Fairfield and then limited stops to New Rochelle. So that's a single train for BOTH inner and outer zones. The usual four trains from 153rd over the MO wye AFTER the game.

Weekends are a bit better; three trains whether 1:05 or 4:05 games, two from the outer zone (above Stamford) making most stops, one from the inner zone making ALL stops, over the MO wye to 153rd. Same deal for after game. No mention of any direct service if it's an ESPN game starting at 8:05.

All observations are of NH trains.

I don't think there was ever anything directly to YE153 from the Harlem or New Haven for 1pm weekday games. Too many trains just fouls things up, especially if the train is half-empty. Never did the New Haven Clipper trains but I wonder if track outages has more to do with it than ridership.
