I was reading a 1963 ETT for the Philadelphia division and was stumped with a reference to Roslyn station
"
Roslyn W. E. D. T - checked abbreviations, none line up to "WEDT, only station to reference this after station name.
Any ideas what the reference to W. E. D. T. would be?

EDT stood for End DoubleTrack. I'd assume the W stood for "westward", which was the TT direction, even though it was going east.
