A scan of this photo was recently forwarded to me by a friend from my home town in northwestern Pennsylvania. My friend is a dealer (Actually more of a "dabbler") in antiques and this photo recently came into his possession. He asked if I could help identify it however I am completely stumped. It's not the Lackawanna & Wyoming Valley which was a third rail operation as someone suggested. Any ideas would be appreciated.
