I am going to an interview with BNSF in Aberdeen, South Dakota. What is the pay there compared to other locations. Will I be likely to go right on as a conductor will I have to be a switchman for awhile? Also, are the runs long? Just wanting to know what to expect their compared to other BNSF locations. Advice from anyone who currently works there or who has worked there before. My father in law is conductor in AZ. Also is it a closed district for seniority?

It's closed. Probably work your tail off. Very short on crews. Plan to stay as you not be in the system wide seniority roster.
