Will be interesting to see how this roll out goes, remember it's a pilot so they are just trying to see if this will work in any form, as for the "sucker" rate I can see how it's a touchy subject but as it's a pilot program are you really surprised it's the on board fare, it seems it is on...

C746 ran down to Jenkintown last night, heard them in the area around 12:30 am, two engines and about 15 cars, ran around at Jenkintown then made their way back up the Neshaminy line to Wood and onto CSX at CP TL where they reverse back into Woodbourne yard

No different to the current way where the horns are out in the open and have either a cloth dust cover or a metal debris filter over them

If Septa operates into MD will they go over the mileage limit for running without bathrooms, I believe there is a a requirement set and currently all Septa lines are under that limit.

It was seen at 30th Street today 12/20/16 around 9:30pm going into Powelton yard, however 2301 was in the front with 2308 behind it, both units had pans up but the coaches appeared to be dead.

Today it was heard going to Cynwyd, then a short trip from Zoo to Overbrook and lastly will be going to Chestnut Hill West all after 10pm on 12/16/16

The FRA geometry car is on Septa property, DOTX 216 (Labeled Federal Railroad Administration) was seen at the Airport at 10:30pm on 12/15/16, it was leaving and going to the Elwyn line, Septa engine 2301 and cab 2401 were on each end of it.
