I read on another board that the FGLK is now interchanging with NYS&W at Syracuse. Can anyone confirm?

Most traffic from CSX at Lyons, originates from points west and delivered by Q624 from Buffalo. FLGK has had an interchange with CSX at Solvay, and this could also be NYSW traffic for the FLGK instead of going to Dewitt Yard 1st to CSX, can now be directly received from the NYSW. This may also be in perperation for expected traffic of the Ethanol plant being built in Seneca Falls this year. CSX seems to be slowly reducing local switcher work focusing on more mainline trains.Reducing local trains seems to be the motivating factor. Can't think of what traffic moves between the NYSW and the FGLK though.
