I'm confused, I thought their last EMD was a GP60?

Did you mean this the last EMD unit in unaltered Rio Grande paint to operate on the Union Pacific?

Yes, that's right, 5371 is the last operable D&RGW unit in Rio Grande paint, unaltered and unpatched. And its going to be preserved that way.
