There are two R&S ALCO switchers at Exporail. R&S 20 RS-2, and R&S 102 S-4.

just to get things right the Roberval & Saguenay is or was owned by ALCAN at one time right?????

I know that ALCAN sold the plant to Scepter in 2002 (I know becouse I worked for Scepter for 2 months) in favor of a new plant that they were building in Iceland.
