Is the switcher on NKP trackage? Which way are we looking, and what passenger station is that?

No, it's on the Illinois Central Electric line, it looks like the IC Coach yard in the background so possibly 12th st/ Roosevelt Road station.

*Correction, more like 18th st, I just saw the IC Main flyover in the background. Photo looking south, at about the current location of McCormick Place.
