The good news is an express passenger train has started on this route , for many years there was no daylight train ( or a very slow local ) between these huge cities .

i see theyre speculating on the condition of the track .

i know when i was in Turkey around 13 years ago , the track seemed in good condition to me . How it has been maintained since then i dont know .
