That is stupid. I wonder why they would hire them. They might as well hire Carvel, the company that makes ice cream cakes, to inspect the leaks. Interesting blog, similar to BadTransit, but on a smaller scale.

An even better comparison would be the fox inspecting the chicken coops.

They are obviously very well politically connected

Is Parsons hired to make leaks or fix them?
