SMS / PENN JERSEY RADIO FREQUENCY

I have looked on the different radio forums and have come up empty handed. Does anyone out there know what radio frequency for SMS / Penn Jersey railroad in Southern NJ?

I checked the FCC database and the only license for SMS Rail is for Bridgeport NJ. Frequencies are 161.490 and 161.535.
