New schedules were released yesterday. I noticed the Haverhill Line has a new construction schedule which will make all offpeak trains operate express over the wildcat, but only for inbound trains (outbounds run the full route, local stops). Anybody have any more info on this? And why they couldn't just do single tracking with decreased frequencies similar to what's happening on the Lowell Line offpeak?
Also, on weekends, the Franklin Line will operate over the Fairmount Line all day (probably to help gain the 30 minute frequencies they wanted there), with connections to/from Providence Line trains at Readville for those going to Back Bay/Ruggles/Hyde Park.
