LIRR CAMS and CARMEN SALARIES

Hope someone can help me here as I am looking to try and get my sons to hire on with the railroad. Does anyone know the hourly rates of pay for new CAMS and Carmen positions? How long to top out? Maybe what top out is now? Would really appreciate it.
