Fair use, from the BBC (https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-65599302):
Travellers on an intercity train in Austria were startled on Sunday when a recording of an Adolf Hitler speech was played on board. Instead of the normal announcements, a crowd could also be heard shouting "Heil Hitler" and "Sieg Heil" over the train's speaker system. The operator said there had been several such incidents in recent days.
How, why , would anyone hack into internal communications to do this?

The article concludes:
[Railway official] said another passenger remarked that when other countries had technical problems, it involved the air conditioning breaking down. "In Austria, the technical problem is Hitler."

It's not a hack if someone can just pick up the intercom handset and make their own announcement.

The perpetrators used a standardized Berne Key to access an intercom panel in one of the train cars, then laid the microphone next to a cell phone playing their message.

Rail operator ÖBB has filed charges against the two perpetrators, including video evidence.

There were two similar cases on the same Railjet route between St. Pölten and Vienna the previous week, although apparently this was the first one with this kinda content being played - in addition there were some parliamentarians and the rabbbi of the Vienna jewish community on this particular train.

Having made nine trips to Salzburg in the past ten years (GEEZ; why did I miss '20???), I think I know first hand how sensitive the Austrian "psyche" is regarding Hitler.
