LV Building at Rochester Junction help

What is this small building showing as greenish in the photo crop? Was it a later addition to the RJ area? Thanks. Charles

That shack contained a telephone and desk. The structure was put up by B&B shortly after the Rochester Jct. station was destroyed by fire on Easter Sunday, 1973.

Was the station still used for a phone and office prior to that?

There was a telephone at the east end of the station. I believe m/o/w used a portion of the station as an office.
