I wonder if there is a forum for the greatest and most-used rail network in the world.
It isn’t the grandest forum for the Greatest Railway System In The World
but most discussion of Indian railways takes place in the Worldwide Railfan forum. If you’re specifically talking about passenger service operations or proposals/construction, those topics sometimes end up in this forum, and there are plenty of DLW fans in the Alco/MLW forum.
