NS Dispatcher Question at Berea, Ohio

Does the NS Cleveland Terminal dispatcher still control the CSX signals at CP-194 in Berea, Ohio? I remember this was the practice the last time I went to Berea about 3 years ago.

NS Dearborn controls Tk. #1 at BE account of the connections to / from the Chicago Line. No switches or signals on Tk. #2.
