IE10 problem of not showing topics read, still exist !

Post edit broke at some point in the last 24 hrs., and the "Post A Reply" button disappeared for a tiny, hard to see text-only link near the bottom of the page.

Both were working when the site first came back online, so these are new issues.

Did a total Flush twice last night,total shutdown to boot, still do not see the "missing buttons"
