Question, with Regional Rail ridership increasing and with the retirement of all the Silverliners II and III, has anyone heard if SEPTA is considered receiving former NJ Transit Comet III cars to add more service or to add more cars on.

Considering? Yes. Does that mean it's likely? No.
And that would be for short-term capacity, not new service.
