There appears to be a major project underway to clear the ROW of the CP Rail (ex-DLW) line for several miles north and south of Alford, PA. Trees are being cleared and cut back on both sides of the line. Are there any plans to install a passing siding? Perhaps fiber lines or a gas pipeline?
