Yeah, that's the one. Strange, considering it's a Milwaukee Road engine. I thought it would have something to do with Metra, or RTA. Thanks.

It's actually NWSMTD -- North West Suburban Mass Transit District, the agency that purchased 13 of the F40C's and oversaw funding for the operation of the Milwaukee Road's West Line commuter service. There was also a North Suburban Mass Transit District, which was commonly known as "Nortran" and owned the other two F40C's. Nortran oversaw the Milwaukee Road's North Line commuter service as well as a number of north suburban bus lines.

Although the F40C's carried MILW heralds and road numbers, they were entirely owned by NWSMTD and Nortran. The blue and white paint scheme was an NWSMTD invention.
