Someone sent me an article about pulpboard paper plants, one being near Rumford, Maine. Another plant will also be contractually switched by Watco Industries. Is this newer business for Pan Am or have these plants been active? I’m just going off the assumption they’re both off of Guilford Trackage.

Watco just won the contract to switch the Rumford mill. The mill has been in operation for a long time, but was bought by Nine Dragons Paper about 2 years ago. They're dumping a lot of money into the mill, and have apparently decided a contract switch operator will better suit their needs.

The other is Old Town. A pulp mill thats run off and on over the last 2 decades. ND purchased that facility about 18 months ago. Pan Am has switched that in the past, but from the get go ND planned to switch that in house or with a contractor.
