Hey everyone,
I'm wondering if anyone on here happens to have a photograph or photographs of the Crook Horn Movable Bridge (the bridge into Ocean City), from recent years up to it's abandonment in 1981? I'm not talking about photographs from way back in the early 1900's, I'm looking for more recent material. Even any images shot of the bridge after service was terminated would be acceptable.

Thanks in advance.

Mike,

I just found a couple of slides that I shot in July 1982 of the bridge (obviously in the open position). I will try to get them scanned and will forward them to you once that happens.

Mike, better late than never. I finally broke down and bought a scanner. Please PM me with your email and I'll be happy to send you the scans.

I saw that someone had slides of the Crook Horn Draw from 1982.
I'd like to see them. Thanks.

Perhaps I should try to give some "brief" background. My family and I
started vacationing in O.C. 3 yrs ago. Living in Morris County, my
knowledge of the PRSL was limited but interest took off fast. I was also
involved in the move of the obs car Tempel from So. Plainfield to Tuckahoe
to Rio Grande. Some of you might remember a special on the CMSL,
5/22/2004, for the Tempel's benefit. I was involved with that as well.
