I've got good news and bad news.

The good news is, NS 5286 is going to browns today.

The bad news is, CSX 4412 is going with it...

Update. CSX 4412 went back to Oak Island. As far as I know, CSX 4452 and 4405 are at browns. I don't know if there's any other engines currently there. If there is, it's likely either CSX 4406, CSX 4421, or NS 5285.

I'd go to browns to see for myself but unfortunately I'm going to be busy for the next few days. Can anyone confirm what engines are currently at browns?

Ah, ok, looks like some changes on the site, couldn't log in from my phone as the train rolled by, so.....for those keeping score, it was NS 5628, CSX 4408 + 14 for Woodhaven today.
It's crazy how this boom just keeps booming, not much vacant land in Lakewood anymore. It's good for the railroad, but most difficult for the average motorist.
Just an observation (and a hint for NJ DOT...let's widen Rt.9 south of Rt.88, eh?).....

And yes, Harry, you are correct. Any ex-CNJ route is timetable east or west regardless of the actual compass reading. The same holds true for the NJT North Jersey Coast Line; even though it is primarily a north/south route (like the Southern Secondary), trains are still regarded as westbound (southerly direction) or eastbound (northerly direction) to this day.

On Conrail’s Southern Secondary, it is a North-South railroad.
