Approaching Maxwell Rd at 4:45 in the pm under rainy skies is the NS 5628 (oh, that horn) with NS 5285 + 18. 17 for Woodhaven & one tank this week....

Might take longer than usual to drill woodhaven tonight. Someone parked a large truck with a crane very close to the tracks. The engines cleared the truck by around 1 foot. Train crew attempted to move the truck but the doors were locked.

As per a friend, NS 5634 and CSX 6228 will arrive on PR52 today. NS 5312 might be on the train as well but I am unable to confirm this. I'm not sure if this will lead to a power change, but I have very high hopes that 6228 will stay and replace one of the other engines that's currently there.

@Railseast Even the ethanol? I know that the crude oil shipments usually become 2-stroke lube oil, but nowhere on the website have I found out what they do with the ethanol.

Bel-Ray makes all kinds of lube products. One product is edible, that is used in such machines as moving belt pretzel ovens and other food manufacturing systems. Another product is catapult grease, that aircraft carriers use in their launch catapults. A friend used to work there and he was surprised at just how many products they made. Don't know about the ethanol, though.

Might wander down by Collingwood Auction this afternoon to see the train. Usually due there around 5 pm?
