Camden Line 852 and Brunswick Line 877 had them as of yesterday as well. I think that first one was on Camden 850.

The sets for 874/875 and 876/877 on the Brunkswick Line have them now. I sit in the same seat religiously on the way home, but I might throw off my routine and check out the new cab car this afternoon on 877.

The digital signage and automated announcements are still not doing anything.

On the new cab cars, there are equipment cabinets where there would normally be a row of benches behind the engineer's seat. Other than that, they are (as to be expected) identical.

A six car train on the Brunswick Line, all multilevels, passes Twinbrook Metro Station on Wednesday 11/9 just before 9am. They were probably running an extra car for crowds during SafeTrack.

The other day, the electronic signs in 874/875 were saying "PLEASE DO NOT JUMP ON OR OFF A MOVING TRAIN". Really? You don't say!

There's been a few attempts recently. Some of them on 445 at Baltimore Penn Station. The conductor has been keeping an eye on them lately.

Really? What are they hoping to accomplish?

One of my favorite sayings for these types of situations is "What could possibly go wrong".
