I will agree with that as well; it once gave me a penalty brake for running 1MPH for maybe five seconds.

I'm a fan of VInce's efforts in ORTS. The detail is incredible, as is the accuracy of the trackwork. Physics are always a work in progress, but I've been happy with them.

And it's free.
