Was looking through the new LIRR schedules. Apparently there is 6 weeks of Harold interlocking work that will be going on till next LIRR schedules come out. Signals were completed already. Which project is being done that is disrupting Harold interlocking for 6 weeks till September? I was under impression that after track 19 was put back, the LIRR would be back to normal.

Looks like the answer was released. So in my neck of the woods look like we get more capacity back than lost due to Track 19 being back in service. Port Washington line seems to be taking the largest hit in the latest project in reduction of service.
After this summer is over, commutes should be back to normal and less hellish for everyone.
