Has anyone noticed three OOS MP-15's on the LILCO siding in Hicksville ?

Saw them today for the first time on a train passing by.

As per the RFP for new Tier IV work locomotives all 19 of the E15s that the LIRR owns (4 were sold to NYAR of the original 23) will be traded in towards the purchase of 20 new engines. This means even the equipment that is OOS are going too. All seven of the E10s will be part of the trade as well.
BM: 162, 169 and 170 as noted were moved to the Hicksville PSE&G siding from Port Jefferson
for further storage. I have seen these three MP15s myself and I do think it is a good move to
include these three units in any kind of trade-in towards new locomotives...MACTRAXX

Perhaps three units have some serious mechanical issues making it not worth repairing ?

Saw the 157 westbound, cab-forward, through Northport with a single double-decker car, yesterday afternoon around 2:25pm. Don't know if it was just a coach, or a control cab car. The 157 looks like a blue & white heritage engine, at this point.
