I was in Utica today and found CSX picking approx 15 cars up on the NYSW side.
I was under the impression that cars were dropped off on MAN's side and later brought over by the MAN. I have seen them do this once.
Has there been some changes?

From what I read on another list this was a recent change. CSX now switches the NYS&W directly.

I didn't know this. Does anyone know which train works the Utica traffic?

A new agreement is in effect. CSX does do a direct interchange with the NYS&W at Utica again. It could be what ever "short pool crew" (DeWitt to Selkirk) train is available to do it.

CSX Albany Division General Bulletin Order #120 gives the particulars that re-establishes the interchange at Utica for CSX and NYS&W.

It's effective date was May 21, 2007 at 12:00 noon.

It's usually Q632, but Q366, and Q386 have both done the work.
