NS has gated off the road that leads into Riverton Jct. I think it is called Depot St. You can drive up to the gate and get an elevated but somewhat limited view of the Jct. The gate is often open as the quarry people need access, however, according to a NS employee friend, the NS police do patrol that area a lot.
