EDAY was out of Deerfield around 0845 with 3404-616-606 and 42/2, 33 being for the P&W. Lots of gons loaded with Billets? Any idea what those are? Anyhoo EDAY died on the single at Tyters around 0945 with 616 left as the only working unit. They were waiting on an engine maintainer to arrive to remedy the problem.

EDAY was cancelled yesterday. No power.

EDAY today had the 612-600 and 44 cars out of Deerfield. 21 P&W, 23 Fitch/Ayer soup.

Oops. What caused the power shortage?
I can tell you it IS NOT because they've suddenly been overwhelmed by a surge in traffic (they haven't). That leaves a few other possibilities. I'll leave it at that...
