On a sunny Sunday afternoon on April 5, 2009 a Southbound CSX Q409 rolls out of the Fort Montgomery Tunnel and across the Popolopen Creek trestle at Bear Mountain, NY on the CSXT Riverline....and in 2nd video clip shot a few minutes prior, a Northbound manifest rolls through...and would go in on the siding at CP-43 to meet the Southbound Q409.

I did some exploring along some hiking trails near Cold Spring and Breakneck, NY on the East shore of the Hudson River across the river from Storm King Mountain on Thursday.

I hiked a trail from river level to the top of Bull Hill (Mount Taurus) and found some interesting overlooks along the way.

The first overlook was located roughly 10-15 minutes into the hike at roughly 200-300 feet elevation.

Viewing across the Hudson, a Northbound CSX Q438 is seen heading up the CSX Riverline, as the Engineer attempts and finally succeeds in reaching Track Foreman Polazzo to obtain permission through a worksite at MP52.6
