Track work at 413 grade crossing (Langhorne, PA)

There seems to be a welding truck and some other vehicles on the east side of the grade crossing here, any idea what they might be working on?? Signal hut has door open.

If we are lucky, it is grade crossing removal both here and at Woodbourne Road. (but we know that will never happen!) LOL
