LOOKING FOR HELP ON THE CONFIGURATION AND WHAT ROAD OF TWO BUILDER PLATES. BALDWIN #21307 DEC. 1902. (ROUND BRASS) & THE OTHER IS AMERICAN 60229 OCT. 1918. THANKS

I can answer your question on the 60229 It is off Hocking Valley #224 a 2-6-6-2 it should be an Alco-Richmond locomotive
