From what I can gather, IL will pay for three 8000 + ft tracks that will run along the north side of the Quincy main that will go from the 4th St. Bridge to the connection with the East Way. Will this be to hold trains that recrew and do not enter the yard?
At present, is there just the Quincy Main west of A Plant (where the Ottumwa main diverges), or is there a parallel running track? Looks like IL plans to relocate the Quincy main.
Also, there will be a new main track from about MP 161.2 to about A Plant. Anyone with further details and ideas of which roads will be over/underpasses - will appreciate the detail.

Took some digging to find it
Some money for a new or redone Amtrak Galesburg station

Durbin's project involves some Grade separations. not sure if this means abandoning some of the old ATSF route in favor of CB&Q rails? Seems to me something needs to be done on the NE side of town?
This was announced in January. Any work done yet?
