Evidently the two trains collided head-on into a pharmacy.

And the panacea (PTC) would have solved it.

So would having Company physicians who have a duty to report matters health related up the food chain.

Company doctors have the authority to remove a employee from service for medical conditions. How they get notified of those medical conditions is the problem.

I'm not a physician. How comprehensive a physical exam is necessary to disclose sleep apnea? Is it something that only comes to light if the doctor asks specific questions during the exam?
